Supermom Retreats by Easy Parenting Hub

There's a special place I dreamed of for mothers—a gentle break from busy life, where we can feel close and grow together. As a mother, I know how much we give—to our children, family, and home. That's why I started the Supermom Retreats.

These are not just events; they are heart-filling meetings where we meet in person for a day of talking, laughing, feeling better, and real connection. It's not just about learning more parenting tricks—it's about remembering the woman inside every mother. More than 800 mothers from five countries have joined us, and it has brought me so much joy. At these retreats, we smile, share tears, move, and speak honestly.

We remind each other that we are more than just our daily jobs—we are women on our own path, and we don't have to walk alone.

Bangalore Retreat

Theme: Zen, Confidence, and Being Present

Date: November 2024

In Bangalore, our Supermom Retreat became a sea of pink, with 240 wonderful mothers from four countries gathering at the beautiful Leela Palace. Every guest arrived dressed in pink, symbolizing unity and celebration within our community.

This retreat focused on embracing Zen, rediscovering confidence, and practicing presence. Our day was filled with mindful activities, grounding exercises, and peaceful moments to just be. We explored what it means to trust ourselves, stand strong as women, and root our confidence in who we are beyond motherhood.

From the opening meditation to heartfelt sharing, the atmosphere was warm and supportive. In every conversation and hug, there was a sense of calm and connection. The Bangalore retreat beautifully reminded us that when mothers gather with intention and openness, we leave lighter, stronger, and more deeply connected to ourselves and each other.

Delhi Retreat

Theme: FLOW (Faith, Love & Optimism)

Date: June 2025

The Delhi Supermom Retreat was held at the beautiful Hyatt hotel, and the day felt truly unforgettable. We welcomed 350 mothers from five countries—some came together as friends, and many brought their families to be part of the experience. Right from the start, I could feel the excitement and sense of community as everyone arrived. Our theme for the day was FLOW: Faith, Love, and Optimism. We leaned into trust with activities like the Trust Walk and took time for honest reflections with the Whisper of God. The room was filled with emotion and energy as mothers opened up, shared their stories, and supported one another.

Throughout the event, we talked about believing in ourselves, the meaning of real love, and what optimism looks like for each of us. We enjoyed dance breaks, cheered during group shares, and there were moving moments that brought many, including me, to tears. One of the highlights was having my mentor, Siddharth Rajsekar, join us—he shared his wisdom so generously and inspired everyone there.

It was a day full of beautiful experiences—creative activities, meaningful conversations, and moments to reflect and connect. Seeing every mother leave with a lighter heart and a deeper sense of connection—to themselves and to each other—was the most rewarding part of all.

Vrindavan Spiritual Retreat

Theme: Sankirtan (Devotion, Joy & Divine Connection)

Date: November 2025

The Vrindavan Spiritual Retreat was a truly divine experience, held in the sacred land of Krishna. Over 250+ mothers came together for a day that felt less like an event and more like a spiritual homecoming. From the moment we arrived, there was a deep sense of peace, devotion, and connection in the air.

Our theme for the day was Sankirtan—coming together in collective devotion through chanting, music, and remembrance of God. As voices united in kirtan, something beautiful unfolded. Hearts opened, tears flowed, and many mothers felt a deep inner stillness and joy that is hard to put into words.

What made this retreat so special was not just the activities, but the energy of togetherness—a reminder that when we connect through faith and devotion, we don't feel alone anymore. We return lighter, calmer, and more connected to ourselves, to each other, and to God.

The Vrindavan retreat was a gentle reminder that sometimes, all we need is to pause, sing, and surrender—to come back home to our hearts.

The Goa Supermom Retreat was a beautiful three-day experience where mothers came together to slow down, reconnect, and truly be present.

Set by the beach, it offered the perfect space for reflection, healing, and joy. With a blend of off-beach activities, soulful sharing, and moments of stillness, the retreat embodied the essence of SHIFT.
